How did I get here?

 

At 19 years of age I opened my first business in Downtown Toronto and faced a myriad of challenges.

The process of entrepreneurship and success quickly became exhausting and unenjoyable.

I was experiencing incredibly high stress, a heavy workload and my results were good,

but not great. 

​

A few years into running my business I made a decision to hire a coach.

We worked on all areas of my life but we always seemed to come back to working on the challenges in my business.

​

Working with a coach produced unimaginable shifts in my business.

 

That year revenue hit just shy of $1 million, the dynamics of the relationships with my employees shifted completely, I was working far less hours and experiencing far greater results.

​

 I learned that success was an inside out game. There was a plethora of mindset shifts needed to be made in order for deep change to occur in my external life. Strategy is a huge part of the game too. It all needs to be addressed.

 

I immediately realized with my new found free time in my career that I wanted to become a Coach myself.

I am now an ICF certified coach in 2 ICF accredited coaching programs and have individual certifications in:

• Hypnosis/Time Techniques 
• EFT

I work with entrepreneurs and executives helping them grow professionally in their career and personally in all other areas of their lives.

 

 Coaching is what I was born to do; it is my passion and my area of genius.
